Shipping policy

We deliver Forever Classic orders in Latvia, across the Baltics, and to other European countries.

During checkout, you will be able to choose the most convenient delivery method available for your address.

The shipping cost is calculated and shown at checkout before payment.

For orders in Latvia over €150, shipping is free.

For orders delivered outside Latvia, the shipping cost will be shown during checkout.

In-stock items in Latvia are usually shipped within 2–5 business days after payment.

Delivery to other Baltic and European countries usually takes 3–10 business days.

If an item is available for pre-order, shipping may take up to 14 business days. This information will be shown on the product page.

In exceptional cases, delivery may take longer. If this happens, we will contact you.

Please make sure that your delivery address, phone number, and e-mail address are correct when placing the order.

If your order is delivered to a parcel locker or post office, it must be collected within the time period set by the delivery provider.

If the parcel is not collected and is returned to us, the cost of re-shipping is covered by the buyer.

When receiving your order, we recommend checking the package.

If the package is visibly damaged, please contact us as soon as possible.
